This page shows exactly what drivers pay each week, so you can check your charges without signing into a driver account. If you do have an account, your itemised weekly bill with a pay-by-card button is under Driver → My weekly bill.

Covers dispatch, support and your place on the network.

Only if you use the Onde driver app — we are charged per driver.

On every job, every channel, every payment method.

Per-job service fee
Covers text messages and job processing.

How it's collected
- Card and prepaid jobs: the 10% and £1 are taken off automatically before your payout.
- Cash jobs: the fees are added to your weekly invoice, due each Monday.
- App access fees are charged for every week you are set up on that app, because Onde and Trident charge us regardless.
- You can top up credit by card and it pays your weekly bills automatically.
- Every weekly bill has an "Email receipt to office" button so your records stay straight.
